I want to be a principle of an elementary school. My current major is Elementary Education. I was thinking about completing that, then getting my masters in either Educational Leadership or Counseling, but i don’t know exactly what i should do… What should my major be and what could i get my masters in?

Maybe learn how to spell principal

See your academic adviser. You are already in college/university…they are the experts and will give you the correct information.

Like above, learn how to spell principal. You should either get a Master’s in Administration or Educational Leadership. A Master’s in Counseling is for wanting to be a Guidance Counselor. You also have to have classroom experience as a teacher before you can be hired as an administrator. You will also be hired as an Assistant Principal first. You don’t go from college straight to being a principal.
