How do you become a primary school principal?
How many years of teaching would you have to do before becoming one?
Is there anything you can do to fast track to be a principal?

Also do you have to study administration? Could you please explain what this is?
Thanks.

    Hi

That depend on the primary school requirement, each school have their own requirement to become a school principal,

Many School Principals start out as teachers or school administrators who have earned at least a bachelor’s degree. Public schools typically require School Principals to have completed a graduate degree program, such as a Master of Education or Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership or Education Administration.

They also require that School Principal candidates have become licensed as school administrators. As they aren’t subject to government stipulation in the same ways, many private schools don’t have specific post-baccalaureate degree or licensing requirements. Public School Principals usually must periodically complete continuing education courses in order to maintain their licenses.

Most of the school require for 3-5 years teaching experience to become a primary school principal.
